2. We may provide installation and operation guidance. Specific service methods, scope and related costs shall be separately agreed through negotiation.

3. The equipment must be installed, operated and maintained by qualified personnel in accordance with standard procedures. All problems caused by improper use, operational error, failure to follow instructions, unauthorized modification, use of non-original parts, human damage or abnormal working conditions shall be borne by the customer.

4. The company shall not be liable for problems caused by normal wear and tear, consumable depletion or force majeure.

5. We shall not be liable for any production downtime, profit loss or any other indirect or consequential damages.

6. All orders take effect only after mutual confirmation. Unconfirmed orders are invalid; we reserve the right to adjust or renegotiate.

7. These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Wenzhou, China (the seller’s location).
