1. Order and Product Information
We provide machinery, accessories and consumables strictly according to customers’ specific requirements, including selected models, specifications or designated brands.
All orders are confirmed upon mutual agreement, and we arrange production or procurement accordingly.
2. Deposit Policy
A deposit is required to confirm and process orders.
Since all products are procured or produced based on the customer’s specific requirements, the deposit is non-refundable once paid.
3. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Since all products are prepared based on customers’ individual specifications and selected brands, returns, refunds or exchanges are generally not applicable once the order is shipped.
We only accept negotiations in cases of proven manufacturing defects or shipping errors.
4. Warranty and After-Sales Service
Warranty terms, service period and after-sales policies are not included in these general terms.
All warranty details, including service duration and maintenance conditions, are negotiated separately with our sales team and confirmed before order placement.
Final warranty terms will be clearly agreed upon at the time of ordering.
5. Product Quality and Delivery
All products undergo strict inspection before shipment to ensure they meet the specifications and requirements confirmed by both parties.
Delivery timeframes are estimates. We shall not be responsible for delays caused by logistics, customs, force majeure or other unexpected circumstances.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for confirming the accuracy of specifications, brands and models before placing an order.
Any issues resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer will be borne by the customer.
7. Agreement Confirmation
By placing an order and paying the deposit, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.
