Shipping fees are calculated based on order quantity, product specifications, destination country, and shipping method.
The exact shipping cost will be confirmed with you before order placement.

2. Lead Time & Production Schedule

The specific delivery period must be confirmed through communication before you place an order.
We will determine the estimated production and delivery timeline based on our actual production capacity, workshop schedule, and current order load at that time.

3. In-Stock Products

For items in stock, delivery arrangements will be confirmed after payment is received, based on warehouse and logistics arrangements.

4. Customized Products

For custom-made products, including machinery and customized parts, production time will be confirmed case by case.
The final delivery date will be agreed upon through mutual communication before production starts.

5. Shipping Methods

We offer international shipping via express courier, air freight, and sea freight.
A tracking number will be provided once the goods are shipped.

6. Customs Duties & Taxes

Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility.

7. Force Majeure & Taxes

In case of war, regional conflict, sanctions, port blockade, import and export control, natural          disasters, extreme weather, public health emergencies, strikes, government restrictions and other unavoidable events beyond reasonable control, the delivery period may be extended accordingly. We will not be responsible for delay penalties or related compensation liabilities.
