It strictly meets industrial production standards, with aluminum oxide (Al₂O₃) content ≥95%, α‑aluminum oxide crystal structure and Mohs hardness 9.
It features high hardness, strong wear resistance, sharp cutting force and stable chemical properties.
- Coarse mesh (12‑60 mesh): Used for heavy deburring, rust removal, oxide skin cleaning and rough surface grinding of metal workpieces.
- Medium mesh (80‑220 mesh): Applied for surface leveling, scratch removing and medium polishing to get uniform and smooth surface texture.
- Fine mesh (400‑1200 mesh): Suitable for ultra‑fine polishing, matte finishing and high‑gloss mirror treatment of metal and non‑metal materials.
